SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR ON LIQUID AND GASEOUS BIOFUELS IN THE GRAND EST REGION IN FRANCE

With the ambition of making the Grand Est Region a European leader in the bioeconomy, the Regional Council has chosen to encourage and support the development of sustainable biofuels in the region. Following on the charter for the sustainable development of biofuels signed in 2020, a sector contract on sustainable biofuels has been co-constructed between the Region and the stakeholders of liquid and gaseous biofuel in the region. Adopted in September 2021 under the leadership of the Region, 47 partners have since joined the contract.

PROGRAM

The scientific seminar will be an opportunity to take stock of the research work carried out by academic experts and technical transfer in the region on liquid and gaseous biofuels. This meeting will be an opportunity both to present an overview of projects by highlighting the scientific and technical barriers already removed or to be removed and to connect academic and industrial stakeholders.
