• Inter-municipal bodies acting on behalf of member local authorities and holding delegated authority for the deployment of recharging infrastructure
• The Départements, acting on behalf of city councils, conurbations or groups of conurbations of the Département, duly presenting a sustainable mobility plan

OBJECTIVES:

• Municipalities and municipality associations – excluding conurbations (agglomérations) or groups of conurbations and metropolitan councils (métropoles) > 100,000 inhabitants
• Inter-municipal bodies acting on behalf of member local authorities and holding delegated authority for the deployment of recharging infrastructure
• The Départements, acting on behalf of city councils, conurbations or groups of conurbations of the Département, duly presenting a sustainable mobility plan
